The celebration will run from 6 PM until 9 PM and other special guests include Governor Jim Hodges, Former DNC Chairman Don Fowler, Former SC Democratic Party Chairwoman Carol Fowler, State Senator Brad Hutto, State Rep. Bakari Sellers and State Rep. James Smith.
